I studied electrical engineering, but switched to Human-Centered Design when I realized I cared more about how technology fits into people's lives than how it works.

To me, good design is always context-first. I try to understand constraints early and shape flows that feel natural to move through.

Lately I've been drawn to the moments people hesitate in front of technology, always asking how this could be simpler.
